Split Address field in SSRS

Please assist witht the below, I am trying to split an address with commas.

I have a value that only has one comma.

So when I use.

=Split(Fields!ToWhomMemberAddress.Value,",")(0).ToString() - It brings back the value

=Split(Fields!ToWhomMemberAddress.Value,",")(1).ToString() - I get an error please advise
