Five progressive stages from Python and data foundations to enterprise AI architect, with typical India (LPA) and USA (USD) salary ranges for 2026. AI is a vendor-neutral field — there is no single official "AI certification". Optional cloud credentials validate the skills: AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) and AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate (MLA-C01). Verify before booking: AWS retired ML – Specialty (MLS-C01) on 31 March 2026, and Microsoft retired AI-900, AI-102 and DP-100 by 30 June 2026. Stages 4 and 5 are experience-based milestones, not exams.
Build the base every AI role needs: Python essentials, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and Seaborn, plus statistics, data cleaning and Tableau visualisation. No prior AI or coding background required — this is where the MindMajix curriculum begins.
Train and evaluate real models: linear and polynomial regression, logistic regression, KNN, SVM, Naive Bayes, decision trees and random forests, K-means and hierarchical clustering, plus Apriori association rules. Optionally validated by AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) — foundational level, no prerequisites, 700/1000 to pass.
Move beyond classical ML into neural networks. Build ANNs and CNNs with TensorFlow and Keras, apply NLP to real text, and use PCA and LDA for dimensionality reduction. AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate (MLA-C01) is the current AWS route here, replacing the retired ML – Specialty exam.
Take models to production. Own MLOps end to end — CI/CD for ML, containerised serving, feature stores, monitoring and drift detection — and extend into generative AI, RAG and LLM deployment. Mainly an experience-based step; AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional (AIP-C01) is the optional credential.
Own enterprise AI strategy: multi-model and multi-agent architecture, data platform design, responsible-AI governance, security and cost control. No AI architect exam exists — an experience-based milestone typically reached after 8+ years across data, ML and cloud engineering.
Outcome: an honest path from Python beginner to enterprise AI architect. Because AI has no single official exam, this roadmap is role-based — MindMajix's 40-hour curriculum (Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, MLOps and Tableau) builds the vendor-neutral skills, and optional cloud credentials validate them.
