Use AWS if you -

  • Need a flexible infrastructure
  • Haven’t deployed the app yet
  • Have DevOps engineers at your service
  • Project demands vast computing power 

Consider Heroku if you: 

  • Want to build an MVP app, deploy, and test it
  • Don’t have DevOps engineers at your service
  • The project doesn’t need huge computation
