What Is The Use Of CloudWatch?

A cloud watch is a tool used in AWS to monitor applications and the cloud resources in AWS. Some of its major functions are to monitor and collect metrics, collect and monitor log files, set alarms and even respond automatically to all the changes happening in AWS resources. Some of the resources which it monitors are Amazon DynamioDB tables, Amazon EC2 and RDS DB Instances, custom Metrics and the Log files which are generated by the applications. The main objective of cloud watch is to make sure the applications run smoothly without any interruptions by monitoring them.
