SSIS can be installed through SSDT Tools,
- Go to "SQL Server Installation Center"
- Click the Installation option present in the left-side menu.
- Click "Install SQL Server Data Tools" to go to the download page.
- When the download page is opened, press SSDT Link.
- Check the SSDT Setup file present in the download folder.
