It always depends on the requirements of the developer on how to handle the errors and the rejects before the coding begins. Either a particular job dies on the first error when it is recorded, or it collects the data of the rejects in a file and completely ignores it. The decision is made based on the process requirements. tMap provides the option whether to prevent processing or not, a Die on Error is activated by default in tMap. Deactivating the die on an error option will be the best way if the developer wants to take the action in between the process, or when required.
