    Course Details

    Embedded Hardware Design and Development is an integral part of product development. The requirements specification phase is the basic process that starts with conceptual design during the embedded systems design which is explored further to ensure suitability for the final implementation. Hardware design process is Node Hardware Requirements specification, detailed node architecture and design for electronics in parallel with the detailed mechanical design and packaging concept and initial prototypes, design verification and testing. The critical element in the mechanical design portion is to converge on a single design which focuses on the effort of perfecting the design. Risk items should be resolved early, if there are risk issues associated with the design.
