  • For this complaint, Siebel will create an SR  via phone or website.
  • If the customer complains through telephone, then Agent receives the complaint and creates SR manually.
  • If the customer complains via the website, then Siebel will create SR automatically. We create new integration between Siebel and the website via web services.
  • While creating SR from the website, we automatically create a contact or Account in Siebel with the customer’s details.

Apartment management is the CRM project developed in Siebel for handling the business entities like Apartment Details, Flat details, Flat owner, Flat Registration(Online- offline), Flat Visitors, Flat Payments, Notice Board, and Service Request.
