To get certified in SSAS, you will need to take a lot of SQL exams. The first step would be taking 70-461, 70-462 and 70-463 to get MCSA: SQL Server. After that, you can take 2 paths for MCSE, Data Management and Analytics, and Business Intelligence. Each MCSE certificate requires MCSA plus 2 additional exams. For passing these certification exams, an in-depth understanding of all the SSAS concepts is recommended.
