- AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies (Retired on March 31, 2022)
This certification exam tests your ability in carrying out the tasks like monitoring and implementing the Azure Infrastructure, implementing and managing the data platforms, and implementing the solutions for applications. The cost of this exam is $165 in the US and it varies according to the country in which the exam is proctored. This exam contains 40 to 60 multiple-choice questions and the duration of this exam is 150 minutes. Exam results are reported immediately after completing the exam. The passing score of this exam is 700 points out of 1000 points.
- AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design (Retired on March 31, 2022)
This certification exam assesses your ability in carrying out technical tasks like designing security, identity, infrastructure, and business continuity. In the US, the cost of this certification exam is $165 and it changes according to the country in which the exam is proctored. This exam contains 40 to 60 multiple choice questions and the exam is two and a half hours long. Exam results are reported immediately after completing the exam. To pass this exam, you have to earn 700 points out of 1000 points.
- AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
AZ 305 exam validates candidates' ability to design cloud and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure. The exam syllabus focuses on skills to design identity, governance, monitoring solutions, data storage, business continuity, and infrastructure solutions. Key roles and responsibilities include designing secure, scalable, and reliable Azure solutions considering requirements from stakeholders. The cost of the AZ 305 exam is USD 165 in the United States, and it varies per country. The exam lasts 120 minutes, and the candidate has to answer 40 to 60 questions. The passing score for AZ 305 is 700/1000, which can be seen immediately after completing the exam.
