A) Powershell and Cmd both are command-line tools utilized to handle administrative tasks. The administration capabilities of cmd are restricted when compared to that of powershell. Powershell can interpret Batch commands as well as PowerShell commands, but cmd has the ability to interpret merely Batch commands. The functions of PowerShell are more powerful than those of cmd, and it can be used with regular syntax.
