Course Details

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments, version 2) is a project management methodology. This methodology encompasses only high level management, control and organisation of a project, but not lower level activities.

PRINCE2 deals with effective project management by implementing its process-based method. Using PRINCE2 provides you greater control of resources, and the ability to manage business and project risk.
