Overview of Qlik SAP Connector 6.4:

The Qlik Connector for use with SAP NetWeaver is installed with the QlikSAP_X64Setup.exe. It is comprised of 64-bit (x64) and Installation Package (.exe) for Windows. SAP Certified Connector has come up with this updated version to handle some new functionalities and bug fixes. In addition to the brand new connector, the lookout feature is the one that natively supports Qlik Sense 3.0 and higher.

Qlik Components are installed on two different types of computers, the SAP System and Qlik SAP Connector client. The package must be installed on systems running QlikView, and also employ SAP Connectors, either an SAP system client computer or SAP system server.

Qlik SAP Connector strengthens data from multiple sources very simply and easily. Version 6.4 is the production version of the release. This release of Qlik SAP Connector comprises of a brand new connector for SAP BW. Also, it

SAP BEx Connector

1. Enables self-serve against queries

3. Enhance the ability of big BEx queries
4. Improves memory handling capacity in the SAP part of the connector.

SAP SQL Connector

Latest connection string properties include:

FLTPL Legacy – Sets and transfers format for floating-point data to string values either with the decimal format or scientific notation.
TIMS Legacy – Sets and transfers format for data-time values while writing QVDs.
Customize the connector to ensure the earlier behavior is treated in Qlik just like SAP Data types.

SAP InfoProvider Connector

InfoProvider Connector enables users self serve against two InfoProvider types, including InfoCubes and MultiProviders within SAP BW. It supports connectivity without the need to connect the underlying tables.
