Text Box Prompt

• Create a list report with the following query items

• Order year

• Order method

• Quantity

• Group on order year

• Total on quantity

• From page explorer

• Click on prompt pages

• Drag the page1 and drop in prompt pages

• Double click on prompt pages

• From toolbox

• Drag the textbox object

• Drop in prompt page

• Click on next

• From package item

• Choose the package item as order year

• Click on OK

• From operators choose IN– à  Click on Finish

(Note: You can do with IN operator also)
